CPL is headed by 3 partners, Bobbi Crane, Michelle Paskins and Alison Hunt.


Bobbi Crane has been a lawyer for almost 20 years and is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law.


Bobbi is a highly respected senior lawyer in the legal community. Bobbi has worked in private practice for nearly 20 years specialising in family law which includes areas involving recent changes to De Facto and same sex property disputes.


As a senior lawyer, Bobbi's extensive experience and knowledge in most areas of the law allows her to provide the highest quality advice and gain the best results for her clients.


Michelle Paskins has practised exclusively in family law since 2008.


Michelle holds the degrees of Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Creative Arts (Drama).


Michelle has experience in all aspects of family law, including custody disputes, property cases, relocation, financial and relationship agreements, divorce and child support matters.


This wealth of knowledge allows Michelle to provide advice to clients in delivering the best results for them.


Alison Hunt has been practising as a solicitor for over 10 years, with extensive experience gained from working as a senior associate within a Brisbane city firm specialising in insurance, family and commercial law.

Alison holds a Bachelor Law and Bachelor of International Business.

Alison advises clients in relation to a broad range of issues including wills, powers of attorneys and appointments of enduring guardian, estate matters including probate and complex family provision claims, property matters including residential and business sales and acquisitions, leases, and commercial disputes.
